| A: Our technicians are available Mon-Thur from 8am-5pm, Friday from 8am-1pm and after hours by appointment.

| Q: What types of work can be performed on my computer or network via a remote online session?
| A: As long as you have a working High Speed Internet connection and we can get connected to your computer, our technicians can assist you with installations of software and peripherals, network troubleshooting, virus and malware removal and preventative maintenance.
